We are hiring a proactive Field Sales Executive to manage and expand B2B business across assigned territories while balancing office coordination and regular market visits.
-The role is focused on building sustainable customer relationships, improving market coverage, and delivering consistent revenue growth through disciplined execution.- The executive will meet distributors, institutional buyers, and trade partners to present product offerings, understand requirements, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
-Generating new leads, nurturing existing accounts, and identifying cross-selling opportunities will be critical to success. Strong follow-up capability and structured pipeline management are expected.- You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and after-sales support.
-Maintaining accurate daily reports using computer-based systems is mandatory.
-The position also requires tracking competitor activities, price movements, and demand patterns to provide meaningful insights that strengthen sales strategy.- Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and field engagement.
-Fluency in Hindi is essential, along with the ability to read and understand English for documentation and communication.
