About the Role:- As a key member of the onboarding pod in the Mid-Market segment, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for both employers and employees. This role is highly customer-facing and requires strong ownership, empathy, and problem-solving skills.- Being the first point of contact post-sale, you will act as the flag bearer . We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Onboard corporate clients by coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Product) and external insurance partners- Guide HR/Admin teams and employees through the onboarding process- Adhere strictly to defined onboarding SOPs- Build strong product, system, and process knowledge- Address customer queries accurately via phone, email, and chat- Manage and resolve onboarding-related corporate escalations- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional serviceAbout You:- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Relationship Management- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills- Strong attention to detail- Comfortable using tools such as Zendesk, Slack, Google Suite, and Salesforce- Good data-handling skills and proficiency in Excel- Startup experience is an added advantage (ref:updazz.com)
