Job Title: Zonal Account Manager - Alternate Channel (CABR Distribution)Job PurposeThe Zonal Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through the Alternate Channel - CABR Distribution in the Kerala. The role involves managing and strengthening existing partners, acquiring new partners, and driving sales productivity through effective relationship management, team leadership, and business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Partner Management- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing CABR distribution partners.- Drive business growth through partner engagement and productivity improvement.- Ensure smooth coordination between partners and internal teams.2. New Partner Acquisition- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network.- Develop strategic partnerships to increase market reach and business volumes.3. Sales Growth & Business Development- Drive achievement of regional sales targets through channel partners.- Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation in the assigned zone.- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where required.4. Team Leadership- Lead, guide, and support the partner sales teams to enhance productivity.- Conduct training, motivation sessions, and capability-building initiatives.5. Market Development- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.- Develop localized strategies to increase market penetration in Kerala.Key RequirementsExperience: - 8-15 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI sales. And Strong experience in Alternate Channel / Corporate Agency / Broker / CABR distribution.Education: - Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Skills- Strong partner relationship management- Channel development & acquisition- Sales planning and target achievement- Team management & leadership- Strategic thinking and market development (ref:updazz.com)
