Foodservice Key Account Management- Manage and grow strategic foodservice accounts- Build relationships with procurement heads, chefs, and operations managers- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, volumes, and service levels- Develop account-specific growth plans- Ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms2. Sales Growth & Menu Penetration- Achieve sales revenue and margin targets- Drive menu listings and recipe integration of frozen products- Conduct product trials and yield optimization discussions- Identify new business opportunities with emerging food chains3. Distributor & Channel Management- Manage foodservice distributors and wholesalers- Monitor coverage, pricing compliance, and stock rotation- Ensure optimal product availability4. Cold Chain & Operations- Ensure strict adherence to frozen food handling standards- Coordinate with supply chain and QA teams- Monitor shelf life, wastage, and returns- Resolve operational issues promptly5.
