About the RoleWe re looking for a sharp, self-driven Sales Lead to launch and own our Bengaluru market. You ll be the first person on the ground-conducting home visits, building clinic partnerships, and driving revenue. This isn t a manage-from-a-desk role. You ll be doing the work yourself initially, proving what works, and eventually building a team around it. If you want ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape something from scratch-this is it.What You ll DoConduct home visits to assess patients and recommend Shapecrunch orthotic solutions. Build relationships with orthopaedic clinics, physiotherapy centres, podiatrists, and diabetic care facilities. Pitch Shapecrunch to doctors, explain clinical benefits, and drive referrals. Educate patients and caregivers on foot health and pain management. Own the Bengaluru sales target-plan your weeks, track your pipeline, deliver results. Gather feedback from patients and doctors to share with product and clinical teams. Maintain records of visits, leads, conversions, and follow-ups. Coordinate with operations for order fulfillment. Lay the groundwork for hiring and training field sales executives as we scale.What We re Looking For- Atleast 1- years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, or wellness. Comfortable doing field work-home visits, clinic visits, daily travel across Bengaluru.
-Own two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory). Fluent English; Kannada is a strong plus.
-Strong communication skills-you can talk to doctors and patients with equal ease. Self-starter who doesn t need hand-holding. Hungry to grow into a team leadership role.Good to Have- Existing network among orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, or diabetic care specialists.- Experience working in a startup or building something from zero.
