This role involves working closely with internal teams, including sales, project management, and customer service, as well as directly engaging with customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience. The Manager - CRM plays a vital role in fostering customer loyalty, driving repeat business, and ultimately contributing to the company s overall success by championing customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the post-sales journey.- Manage and resolve customer escalations effectively through site visits, meetings, and proactive communication, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.- Oversee the handover and documentation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness for seamless transitions between departments.- Drive client retention initiatives by identifying and addressing potential attrition risks and implementing targeted programs to foster loyalty.- Enhance the overall customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations.- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication regarding customer needs and feedback.- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in all customer interactions and documentation processes.- Lead and mentor a team of CRM professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.- Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in customer service and engagement strategies.- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution, adhering to company policies and procedures.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute CRM strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Proven expertise in handling customer escalations and resolving complex issues effectively.- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across departments.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and best practices.- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.- Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to customer interactions.- Minimum 10-14 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or a related field.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.To Apply reach Komal - 9629201104 (ref:updazz.com)
