The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and closing sales deals across B2B and B2C segments while consistently achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, networking, and other outbound/inbound channels.- Identify and develop new B2B & B2C business opportunities.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services.- Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.- Close deals and ensure timely follow-ups.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales.- Strong experience in lead generation and cold calling.- Proficiency in email marketing and follow-up strategies.- Hands-on experience in closing deals and contract negotiation.- Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
