Job Description Title: Residential Property Resale ManagerExperience: 4 to 6 years Location: GurugramMust Have:- Residential Sales- Resale- Broker- Channel Management- Transaction ManagementRole And Responsibilities :The Manager - Residential Services (Broker Networking - Resale) will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and agents to drive resale property transactions. The role involves expanding the broker network, generating resale leads, ensuring closures, and maximizing revenue through effective coordination and relationship management.1. Broker Network Development :- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and agents.- Expand the broker network to increase resale business opportunities.- Conduct regular meetings, events, and engagement activities with brokers.2. Resale Business Generation :- Generate resale leads through brokers and channel partners.- Promote resale inventory and ensure visibility among broker networks.- Achieve monthly and quarterly resale sales targets.3. Relationship Management :- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers regarding resale transactions.- Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.- Resolve broker queries and provide required support for smooth transactions.4. Sales Coordination and Closure :- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, sales operations) for deal closure.- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for resale transactions.- Track deal progress and ensure timely closures.5. Market Intelligence :- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and broker feedback.- Identify new opportunities to increase resale business.6. Reporting and MIS :- Maintain broker database and transaction records.- Prepare regular reports on broker performance, leads, and closures.- Track targets vs achievement and share updates with management.Required Skills and Competencies :- Strong broker and channel partner networking skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong sales and relationship management abilities- Knowledge of residential real estate resale market- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset- Ability to manage multiple brokers and transactions simultaneously (ref:updazz.com)
