Senior Manager - Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Experience: 10-17 Years (preferred)Location: Kotturpuram, ChennaiIndustry: Real Estate / Insurance (Preferred candidates from real estate)Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the end-to-end post-sales customer relationship function, ensuring a seamless customer experience from booking to handover.- Supervise agreements, collections, registration, and handover processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.- Manage, mentor, and guide the CRM team to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence goals.- Drive CRM data accuracy, reporting standards, and effective utilization of CRM systems for business insights.- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth customer servicing and issue resolution.- Handle critical customer escalations, high-value client interactions, and complex service issues professionally.- Monitor collections, outstanding payments, and payment compliance while ensuring proactive follow-ups.- Review and ensure proper documentation (agreements, sale deeds, NOCs, compliance documents) and regulatory adherence.- Lead customer engagement initiatives such as site visits, handovers, customer meets, and relationship-building activities..
