The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling plots, agricultural land, and farmland properties, with strong abilities in client interaction, presentation, and deal negotiation. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, building relationships with buyers, and closing deals efficiently.Key Responsibilities - Actively engage in the sale of plots, farmland, and land development projects.
-Identify potential leads through networking, referrals, online channels, and field activity.
-Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings with professionalism and clarity.
-Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties accordingly.
-Explain project features, legal documentation, and investment benefits to clients.
-Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
-Prepare and manage sales documents, agreements, and reports.
-Build long-term relationships with clients to support repeat and referral business.
-Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth sales processes.Required Skills & Qualifications - 1-2 years of real estate sales experience, specifically in selling plots or farmland.
-Strong presentation and communication skills-both verbal and written.
-Confident in handling client interactions and high-value conversations.
-Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
-Ability to understand land-related documentation and local property regulations (training provided if needed).
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field.
-Proficiency in using CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and basic MS Office applications.
