It s where finance meets technology, with a strong focus on innovation and customer experience.Check out Apollo s journey here!Apollo Cash is our digital personal loan app designed to provide fast, seamless access to credit - entirely through a mobile journey.The Role : - This internship is designed for students and recent graduates who want to break into fintech or high-growth startups.- We are looking for high-energy Sales Interns who will engage directly with borrowers to help them complete their loan journey and access credit smoothly - while generating insights that improve the product.- This is not a traditional tele-calling internship.- You will act as the human interface of a digital lending product - converting incomplete applications, re-engaging existing borrowers, and uncovering why customers drop off or hesitate. Your observations will directly inform Product, Risk, Growth, and Collections teams.- If you are persuasive, analytical, empathetic, and comfortable speaking to customers throughout the day, this role offers strong learning and real business impact.What You ll Do?- Engage with customers who have initiated but not completed the Apollo Cash loan journey- Guide borrowers through KYC, bank linking, eligibility checks, documentation, and app navigation- Support conversion of incomplete applications into successful loan disbursals- Reconnect with existing customers for repeat loans or re-activation where relevant- Identify and document reasons for drop-offs, hesitation, or non-conversion- Capture structured customer feedback and share insights with internal teams- Maintain accurate call records and outcomes in CRM/dialer systems- Handle inbound interest and queries when required- Follow compliant, customer-friendly calling practicesWhat We re Looking For?- Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline- Candidates looking to build a career in fintech, startups, sales, or operations- Strong communicators in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus)- Confidence speaking with customers with a persuasive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset- Basic analytical thinking - able to notice patterns in conversations- Target-driven attitude with high ownership and integrityBonus if you have:- Prior internship experience in sales, customer service, or startups- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems- Exposure to digital onboarding or KYC processesWhat Success Looks Like- Meaningful contribution to converting incomplete applications into disbursals- Clear understanding of customer concerns across the loan journey- Useful insights that help improve product flows or communication- Strong customer experience and professional conduct- Consistent achievement of assigned targetsWhy Join Us?- Hands-on experience in fintech and digital lending- Direct exposure to sales, product, risk, and customer behaviour- Real impact on a live consumer product- Mentorship from experienced operators - Mikhil Innani, former co-founder of PharmEasy and ex-Product Head at Hotstar, and Diksha Nangia, a former banker and CFA Charterholder.- Potential full-time offer based on performance (ref:updazz.com)
