With a strong presence across India, Grups Automation is committed to delivering reliable and innovative solutions that drive tangible results for our clients.Role Overview:As a Sales professional at Grups Automation, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Mumbai region. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their automation needs and propose tailored solutions that address their specific challenges. This role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Grups Automation s market share and solidifying our position as a trusted automation partner.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and online research to expand the customer base in the Mumbai region.- Conduct thorough needs analysis for prospective clients to understand their automation requirements and challenges.- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Grups Automation s solutions.- Prepare and submit competitive proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with their budgetary constraints and technical specifications.- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company s revenue growth.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system to facilitate effective sales management.- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.- Proven aptitude for building and maintaining strong client relationships.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong understanding of industrial automation concepts and technologies (preferred).- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Comfortable with on-site work in Mumbai.
