We are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to manage rural market development through extensive on-ground engagement across assigned territories.
-The role focuses on expanding reach, strengthening channel relationships, and improving product penetration by working closely with farmers, dealers, and distributors.- The executive will conduct regular village visits, promote products, generate demand, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
-Building trust within the farming community and providing accurate information about usage, pricing, and availability will be critical.
-The position requires disciplined follow-up, territory planning, and daily execution to achieve volume and revenue targets.- You will gather market intelligence related to competitor activities, crop patterns, seasonal demand, and pricing movements, and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders.
-Maintaining accurate daily reports in computer-based formats is mandatory.
-Coordination with supply chain and customer support teams will ensure timely order processing and issue resolution.- The ideal candidate must be comfortable with continuous travel and outdoor work.
-Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is essential, along with the ability to read and understand English for documentation purposes.
