Your efforts will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall growth of the company.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales by providing accurate and compelling information about travel packages and destinations.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized service and addressing their specific needs.- Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel dates to ensure a memorable travel experience.- Manage the booking process, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently exceeding customer expectations and closing deals effectively.- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and promotional activities.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients and present travel options clearly.- Proven ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their travel requirements.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new travel products, technologies, and industry trends.- Bachelor s degree in any field.- 0-1 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).- Must be willing to work on-site in Dehradun.
