Technical Drafting: Using GD&T to guarantee functional interchangeability, create comprehensive 2D production drawings with exploded views and section views. Assembly management involves overseeing intricate top-down and bottom-up assembly systems and resolving mechanical conflicts in the digital stage through interference and clearance checks. Simulation & Analysis: Use SolidWorks Simulation to do basic finite element analysis to confirm the factor of safety, stress distribution, and structural integrity. DFW: Optimize designs for particular production processes, like casting, CNC machining, injection molding, and sheet metal fabrication. Sheet Metal & Weldments: Make flat patterns with precise cut lists for sheet metal components and structural weldment frameworks using specialized SolidWorks toolkits.
