Tool Monitoring: To ensure precision, keep an eye out for tool wear and breakage, make simple tool adjustments, and update tool offsets in the machine controller. Blueprint reading: To comprehend necessary dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish requirements, interpret technical drawings and job instructions. Deburring and Finishing: Carry out manual finishing duties such burr removal, part cleaning, and making sure parts are prepared for the subsequent production or assembly step. Daily Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning the work area, monitoring coolant and lubricant levels, and removing metal chips.
