Accounts Executive Achieve Economical Excellence Job Description Who you are: Keep track of all daily financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, and expenses, and make sure that all entries are posted to the appropriate General Ledger (GL) accounts. Maintain positive vendor relationships while processing vendor invoices, confirming approvals, and setting up prompt payments. To maintain steady cash flow, keep an eye on customer payments, send out bills, and pursue past-due amounts. To find and fix any inconsistencies between bank statements and internal records, conduct routine bank and petty cash reconciliations. Help ensure that local laws are followed while preparing and filing statutory tax returns, including GST, TDS, and professional tax. Assist the financial and HR departments in computing the monthly payroll, including reimbursements, bonuses, and deductions. Help senior management prepare monthly balance sheets, cash flow reports, and profit and loss (P&L) statements. Arrange financial records and give external auditors the information they need for yearly or quarterly financial evaluations.
