Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong relationships with Mygate societies through regular visits andproactive communication. Conduct guard training sessions to ensure compliance, skill enhancement, andbest practices. Manage day-to-day checks on device functionality, troubleshooting issues, andcoordinating repairs. Address and resolve grievances from guards, societies, or stakeholders promptlyand effectively. Meet stakeholders (societies, operations teams) on a regular basis to gatherfeedback and align on priorities. Meet daily/weekly/monthly audit and training targets set by the operations team. Document audits, training completions, and grievance resolutions for handoverto relevant teams.Requirements: 0-1 years experience in field operations, audits, training, or society/stakeholdermanagement. Excellent relationship-building skills with attention to detail and a proactivemindset. Comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned city/region.
