Create multi-layer printed circuit boards PCBs while taking EMI/EMC compliance, signal integrity, and thermal management into account. Work with firmware engineers to integrate microcontrollers ARM, AVR, PIC and guarantee smooth communication between hardware and software. Use oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers to undertake thorough bench testing in order to troubleshoot and verify hardware performance. Examine and procure electronic components BOM management, striking a balance between technical specifications and limitations on availability and cost. Verify that designs adhere to industry standards and certifications like UL, FCC, RoHS, or CE.
