Managing the entire employee lifetime, from initial recruitment and attraction to final exit procedures, is your main responsibility. As the "People Partner, " you make sure that corporate rules are applied equitably while upholding high standards of employee engagement and labor law compliance. Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes posting jobs, reviewing applications, holding preliminary interviews, and creating a friendly onboarding environment for new employees. Employee Records Management: Ensure that all information on contracts, leaves, and performance is correct and private by maintaining and updating both digital and physical employee files. Payroll & Benefits Support: Manage employee participation in insurance and benefit plans track attendance, leaves, and bonuses to help with the monthly payroll processing. Performance Management: Assist managers in recording comments and establishing developmental objectives by coordinating the yearly and mid-year performance review processes. Policy Implementation: To ensure a secure, welcoming, and law-abiding workplace, train staff members on corporate policies and handbook rules. Employee Engagement: To improve workplace morale and retention, plan and carry out team-building exercises, wellness initiatives, and recognition campaigns. Skills: Interpersonal Communication: Outstanding capacity to speak intelligibly and sympathetically with a wide range of people. Organizational Prowess: The ability to successfully handle several administrative responsibilities, deadlines, and delicate papers. Conflict Resolution: A cool-headed, impartial method of resolving delicate personnel issues and settling conflicts at work. Discretion and Integrity: Strict moral guidelines for managing wage information and private employee information. Knowledge of Labor Laws: A basic comprehension of local workplace safety laws and employment legislation. HR Tech Literacy: The ability to use MS Office and HRMS/HRIS platforms such as Zoho People, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors.
