In order to ensure that our market share continuously grows and quarterly revenue targets are surpassed, the ideal applicant is a high-energy, resilient, and goal-driven sales professional who blends persuasive communication with methodical funnel management. Key Skills: Persuasive Communication & Pitching: Excellent verbal articulation and attentive listening abilities to establish rapport right away, map out client needs, and make strong value proposals. Negotiation Agility & Objection Handling: Excellent psychological fortitude and strategic negotiating abilities to overcome difficult pricing obstacles and pushback in order to reach a win-win conclusion. CRM Platform Fluency: Real-world experience monitoring sales prospects in significant CRM ecosystems. Data-Driven Funnel Organization: The ability to monitor individual sales KPIs, evaluate conversion rates, and methodically arrange an active lead database in Microsoft Excel.
