You will work directly with automation platforms, workflows, and operational systems that support real-world healthcare processes. ## Job Responsibilities * Monitor and operate automated workflows and data-processing systems. * Verify workflow outputs for accuracy and completeness. * Investigate workflow failures, errors, and unusual results. * Log and document issues clearly for escalation and resolution. * Follow technical SOPs, checklists, and operational procedures. * Update internal tracking systems, reports, and dashboards. * Collaborate with developers, analysts, and automation engineers. * Ensure high levels of accuracy, compliance, and operational reliability. ## Required Skills * Graduate degree or equivalent experience. * Good computer literacy and technical aptitude. * Strong logical and analytical thinking skills. * Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. * Comfortable working with structured processes and data-driven workflows. ## Preferred Background Candidates with experience or education in: * Computer Science * Information Technology (IT) * Engineering * Technical Support * Data Operations * Systems Administration ## Preferred Skills (Optional) Experience with any of the following is an advantage: * Robotic Process Automation (RPA) * Microsoft Power Automate * Python, JavaScript, VBA, or other scripting languages * IT Support or System Administration * Workflow Automation Tools ## Who Should Apply?
