Key Account Maintenance & Retention: To ensure repeat business, find cross-selling opportunities, and ease delivery friction, cultivate solid, continuing relationships with current client accounts by performing routine health checks. Sales Pipeline & CRM Architecture Lifecycle: In the corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, log, manage, and advance all customer touchpoints, interaction logs, quote variations, and win/loss records. Focus Skills: Consultative Negotiation & Value-Selling Fluency: Outstanding ability to avoid price-only objections by emphasizing technical compliance, delivery dependability, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
