• Domain Preference: Prior experience in credit card sales or hospitality is a plus, but absolutely not mandatory we value attitude and communication above all!

Key Responsibilities

• Warm Customer Engagement: Proactively approach and interact with travelers waiting for their turn at the visa application center.
• Product Pitching: Clearly explain the premium features of our travel credit card and confidently highlight how it saves them money on their upcoming European trip.
• Application Support: Assist interested customers step-by-step through our quick and digital card application process.
• Query Resolution: Handle basic customer questions effectively to resolve doubts and drive high daily conversions.
