JOB ROLE:& & & & & & & & & & SALES CO ORDINATOR LOCATION:& & & & & & & & & ASHRAM ROAD, AHMEDABAD JOB SUMMERY:& & & & & & & Detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in order management, customer support, sales administration, and coordination of product sales operations to ensure efficient business growth and customer satisfaction& & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate between the sales team, customers, and internal departments. Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents. Maintain customer records and update sales databases. Track order processing, dispatches, and deliveries. Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and payments. Generate sales reports and analyze sales performance data. Coordinate product availability and inventory requirements with the operations team. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
