Required Skills: Regulatory Framework & Standard Mastery: A thorough, in-depth comprehension of ISO/IATF provisions, including their actual application on a high-volume factory floor. Advanced Root Cause Diagnostic Methodologies: The capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams through structural risk assessment, validation testing, and 8D problem-solving cycles. Cross-Functional Technical Process Literacy: The capacity to accurately interpret industrial assembly routes, metallurgical processes, electronics integration lines, and metrology labs in order to match paperwork with actual floor operations.
