Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) & Blueprint Reading: Proficient in deciphering intricate technical drawings, surface finish specifications, GD&T symbols, and strict tolerance standards. Comprehensive understanding of metal cutting dynamics, speed/feed formulas, chip load calculations, tool wear mechanisms, and milling techniques for titanium, nickel alloys, stainless steel, aluminium, and hardened die steels.
