Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) & Quality Control: The ability to apply Pareto charts, Ishikawa (Fishbone) diagrams, and 5-Why analysis to fix shop-floor process flaws and lower scrap rates. EHS & Shop-Floor Safety Leadership: Strict adherence to machine safety interlocks, ergonomic standards, personal protective equipment (PPE) compliance, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations.
