Key Responsibilities:Merchant Acquisition: Onboard new retail shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and other commercial establishments to adopt POS/mPOS swipe machines and digital payment solutions.Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Actively conduct field visits in assigned territories to identify and pitch to potential business clients.Product Demonstration: Educate merchants on how the POS machine works, its features (contactless payments, UPI integration, daily settlements), and rental/transaction fee structures.Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, addressing their queries or technical issues to ensure high active usage.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for machine installations and active merchant counts.Documentation & Compliance: Collect accurate KYC documents (GST, PAN, bank proofs) from merchants and ensure smooth onboarding compliance.
