Breakdown Maintenance & Equipment Troubleshooting: To quickly restore production uptime, oversee emergency breakdown troubleshooting and mechanical repair operations for pumps, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic presses, pneumatic systems, conveyors, boilers, and utility pipelines. Maintenance for Rotating Equipment and Fluid Power Systems: Replace, align, and maintain mechanical seals, couplings, bearings, valves, heavy rotating machinery, and fluid power systems. Root Cause Failure Analysis & Reliability Improvement: Conduct methodical RCFA investigations for significant equipment failures utilising Fishbone, 5-Why, and Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis make long-term mechanical design or operational changes to stop failure recurrence. Total Productive Maintenance TPM and CMMS Work Order Management: Create, update, and close work orders in CMMS while keeping precise spare parts inventory levels enforce the TPM pillars of Autonomous Maintenance AM and Planned Maintenance PM. Required Skills: Expertise in operating, disassembling, repairing, aligning, and overhauling pumps, gearboxes, air compressors, industrial fans, blowers, drive shafts, and conveyer systems is required for mechanical machinery and rotating equipment mastery. Capabilities related to hydraulics, pneumatics, and utility systems include the ability to read circuit diagrams, diagnose pressure drops, and repair boilers, chillers, solenoid valves, pneumatic actuators, hydraulic power units HPUs, and piping systems. Precision Alignment, Condition Monitoring & Reliability Techniques: Practical expertise in dynamic balancing, vibration analysis, lube-oil contamination testing, laser shaft alignment, and dial indicator runout checks. Knowledge of Root Cause Failure Analysis RCFA and TPM: Comprehensive knowledge of RCFA techniques, FMEA, TPM pillars, 5S workplace management, and EHS lock-out/tag-out LOTO procedures.
