Industrial Automation & Electrical Troubleshooting: Practical skills in examining electrical control panels, deciphering wiring schematics, troubleshooting VFDs, sensors, servo motors, and PLC inputs/outputs Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi. TPM, RCFA, and CMMS Proficiency: Demonstrated aptitude for executing Root Cause Failure Analysis RCFA, implementing Total Productive Maintenance TPM pillars, and using CMMS software for asset and work order administration. Knowledge of Industrial Safety and Compliance: Strict adherence to OSHA rules, machine guarding requirements, Lockout/Tagout LOTO procedures, Permit to Work PTW systems, and industrial safety laws.
