Admin Executive Travel Desk & Administrative Support Job Description Duties: Facility & Workplace Operations: Oversee daily office maintenance, housekeeping standards, cafeteria/canteen operations, security services, and facility repairs to ensure optimal working conditions. Vendor Management & Procurement: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors cleaning, security, stationery, IT hardware maintenance, travel agencies review invoices and service level agreements SLAs. Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate registers of fixed assets, office equipment, stationery, and consumables coordinate periodic inventory audits and maintenance schedules. Travel & Guest Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, flight/hotel bookings, visa processing, transport logistics, and corporate event management. Statutory Compliance & Administrative Analytics: Ensure compliance with local administrative regulations, workplace health and safety norms, trade licenses, and facility insurance track administrative expenditures, utility consumption, and petty cash logs using spreadsheets Focus Skills: Education: Bachelor&rsquos Degree in Business Administration BBA, Commerce, Arts B.A., or related field. Experience: 0 to 3+ years of experience as an Admin Executive, Facility Coordinator, or Office Administrator in corporate or industrial settings. Technical Mastery: Facilities management principles, vendor contract negotiation, office management tools, MS Office / Google Workspace, basic ERP/Ticketing systems, and spreadsheet data tracking.
