Accounts Executive Customer Billing & Receivables Job Description Who you are: Post daily financial transactions, voucher entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustment journals into accounting software (Tally Prime, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books). Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders (3-way matching), verify billing terms, track customer receivables, issue debit/credit notes, and execute timely payment runs. Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, customer statement reconciliations, and inter-company account balances. Calculate, deduct, and track statutory dues including TDS, TCS, GST, EPF, and ESI; assist in preparing monthly GST returns and TDS filings.
