Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives. Handle customer complaints, resolve product/service inquiries, and escalate complex issues to higher-tier support or relevant departments. Accurately document call notes, account updates, customer requests, and resolution statuses in the CRM database. Adhere to communication scripts, standard operating procedures SOPs, and quality guidelines during all customer interactions. Meet or exceed key performance indicators KPIs such as Average Handling Time AHT, First Call Resolution FCR, Customer Satisfaction CSAT scores, and call quality scores.
