Maintain complete and up-to-date candidate/lead logs, pipeline stages, conversion notes, and deal values in CRM software. Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, website leads, and campaign sign-ups to maximize conversion rates. Build strong rapport with prospective clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and a positive brand image during every telephonic touchpoint. Track individual sales metrics, call duration, connection rates, and revenue generation to regularly report progress to sales managers Focus Skills: Strong interpersonal, active listening, persuasive negotiating, and verbal communication skills. a track record of meeting or surpassing telephone sales goals and a strong target orientation.
