Working closely with plant leadership, engineering, supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams, this role manages shop-floor personnel, allocates resources, drives Continuous Improvement initiatives, and maximizes Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) across all production lines. Key Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and shift-coordination capabilities within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma tools, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and shop-floor cost controls. Practical experience in production planning, inventory management, and operating ERP/MRP systems. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone analysis) to tackle operational bottlenecks.
