Key Skills: Strong technical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in industrial automation, PLCs (Siemens, Fanuc, Allen-Bradley), AC/DC drives, servo systems, mechanical drives, and fluid power (hydraulics/pneumatics). Ability to read and accurately interpret complex mechanical assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and fluid power flow charts. Exceptional customer relationship management, conflict-resolution, and technical communication skills to represent the company professionally in field environments. Proficiency in Field Service Management tools, ERP modules, MS Office, and diagnostic software utilities.
