Customer Support Executive As a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience and satisfaction for all customers. Roles & Responsibilities: 1 Strong written and verbal communication skills. 2 Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, Social Media and Ticketing tools. 3 Address and resolve complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 4 Ability to test new processes and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. 5 Identify and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department or senior manager. 6 Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service strategies. Qualifications & Requirements: Any Graduate. Experience as 2+ years in Customer Support. Excellent Verbal, written communication skills. Should have knowledge of social media & MS Office.
