Detailed Job Descriptions :-
Leading overall operation of PQC.
Managing shift operations
Process strengthening and monitoring.
PFMEA and control plan creation for new products.
Monitor Performance of RTY Shift by Shift and take immediate actions for low RTY models.
RCA for customer complain & low RTY.
Implementation of poka-yoke on line to ensure product quality.
Ensure FT output are aligned as per defined process.
Report Preparation for RTY, SMT PCBA, Weekly and Monthly review
Advance Manpower planning according to running lines.
Ensure availability of consumable parts jigs and fixtures used for testing the Handset.
Monitor Weekly reconciliation of Battery for both floor.
In case of new models NPI pre-intimation of requirement to concern department for testing related consumables.
Resolve issues of line related to process rejection.
