r nQualifications:
r nOverall minimum 4 years work experience irrespective of industry/profile/function
r nMinimum 6 months of work experience in selling LAP product.
r nMinimum 12 months of work experience in telesales.
r nResponsibilities:
r nLead Generation and Prospecting:

- Utilize company-provided leads, databases, and online resources to identifypotential r n
customers interested in secured loans.
r n- r n
- Initiate outbound calls to leads and prospects, introducing loan products, r n
assessing their needs, and generating interest.
r nProduct Knowledge and Consultation:
r n- r n
- Develop in-depth knowledge of secured loan products, specifically micro LoanAgainst r n
Property, including features, benefits, terms, and eligibility criteria.
r n- r n
- Clearly explain the details of secured loans to potential customers, emphasizing how they r n
align with their financial requirements and goals.
r n- r n
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, addressing theirquestions r n
and concerns effectively.
r nApplication Guidance:
r n- r n
- Assist customers in completing loan application forms accurately and guidethem r n
through the necessary documentation process.
r n- r n
- Offer step-by-step guidance on required paperwork, ensuring the submission ofall r n
documents for smooth loan processing.
r nRelationship Building:
r n- r n
- Establish and maintain a strong rapport with customers through effective r n
communication and a customer-centric approach.
r n- r n
- Cultivate a professional and trustworthy relationship with customers, instilling r n
confidence in the company 's loan products.
r nSales Target Achievement:
r n- r n
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, aiming for the disbursement of r n
approximately 5-6 loans each month with an average ticket size of INR 5 lakhs, asset by
r nthe sales manager or team lead.
r n- r n
- Consistently follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into r n
successful loan applications.
r nData Management:
r n- r n
- Accurately record and maintain customer interaction details, inquiries, and r n
feedback in the CRM system Leadsquared.
r n- r n
- Regularly update customer profiles, ensuring accurate and up-to-date informationfor future r n
reference.
