We are seeking a motivated B2C Sales Associate to join our team and help grow our customer base through personalized sales and excellent service.Job Overview :As a B2C Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales of our products or services. This role requires excellent communication, a customer-first approach, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities :- Customer Engagement: Connect with potential customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person to present our offerings.
-Sales Presentations: Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective customers.
-Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads from marketing efforts and convert them into sales.
-Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
-Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals, consistently contributing to the company s overall growth.
-Market Research: Stay informed about product trends and consumer needs to tailor your sales approach.
-Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.Requirements : - Previous experience in B2C sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
-Self-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
