Exp. : 3-5yrs in Cyber Security Product Sales. (Preferably with technical IT background)Location : Mumbai - JB Nagar Andheri (E) Hybrid mode : 2 days Work from office and 3 days work from homeJD :- Basic understanding of Cybersecurity Services and products.- Follow up with client for update on requirement and PO process.
-Meet client to understand their requirement and build pipeline.- Follow up with client for timely payment of invoices.
-Pro-actively tracking renewals.- Strong communicator, both verbal and written- Brilliant presentation skills.- Exceptional sales and customer service skills- Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office and sales software.- Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.- Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.- Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.- Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.- Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.- Carrying on the sales process using the sales software.- Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Taking part in team meetings.
