We are looking for a versatile and proactive individual to join our team and manage various operational and client-facing tasks.Key Responsibilities :Financial Administration :- Manage day-to-day office expenses and maintain accurate records.
-Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.Client Servicing : - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
-Handle client feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.Meeting Coordination : - Schedule and coordinate meetings for the management team.
-Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.Internal Communication : - Facilitate effective communication between employees.
-Assist in organizing team events and activities.Social Media Management : - Manage the organization s social media accounts.
-Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence.Contract Management : - Prepare and manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
-Maintain and organize important documents and files.Project Timeline Management : - Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
