Job Title : Solutions Architect Web Experience Position : Contract To Hire Location : Bangalore Key areas of responsibility : As a Solution Architect : As Solution Architect Web Experience, you translate business requirement into IT solutions. You keep track of development in IT solutions to help Philips stay ahead in the digital age. You are the linking pin between Business, Architecture and the IT Delivery implementation teams and work in close collaboration with the (senior) platform specialists and (senior) Business Analysts. Your responsibilities : - You understand the business models and the supporting end to end processes, like for example e-commerce, online campaigns, web content management.
-You keep abreast with the organizational set up, responsibilities and objectives and you are able to translate these into IT solutions maximizing added value.
-You build competences that enable the retention of Philips specific knowledge embedded in our processes, system implementation and decisions taken. The control of quality and compliance of the solutions developed by 3rd parties (Vendor) is a key area of responsibility.
-Key areas of expertise involve product information management, content management, (marketing) business performance, catalog management and web experience. Your team : - The Solution Architect Web Experience is a counterpart of the business - represented by the product owner who defines user requirements that you translate into (non) functional requirements. The solution architect works together with Sr. Tech Leads and 3rd parties (vendors) who develop IT solutions. Experience Knowledge : - A technical Bachelor Degree required; Masters Degree preferred - 10 - 15 years of experience in IT and/or business analysis with an emphasis on the online marketing domain.
-Experience with Agile ways of working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural setting is a requirement.
-Good understanding of eCommerce and digital campaigns you are not an expert but can effectively communicate with the experts - Fluent in English both verbal as written Core technology expertise : - 5 years of experience Adobe Experience Manager as a Architect - Good understanding of eCommerce and digital campaigns - you are not an expert but can effectively communicate with the experts - An understanding and preferably certification in one or more of the following technologies and methodologies is seen as an asset : 1. Adobe Experience Manager 2. TOGAF - Lean methodology - Scaled agile - Business analysis (e.g. Open Group) Additional Technology Skills (preferable) : - Experience in with Cloud platforms - AWS, Azure - Definition and enforcement of design and development guidelines, policies and procedures - Experience with Configuration Management Processes and systems.
-Experience with requirements gathering, effort estimation, impact analysis and supporting project/delivery management with creating delivery plans - Experience with Application and Infrastructure Support in an outsourced model - Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies in an onsite/offshore delivery model - Knowledge of IT Software Validation methodology in regulated medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
-Possesses a broad, enterprise-wide view of business and appreciation for strategy, processes and enabling technologies - Strong focus on Organizational, Individual and Team KPIs as defined by organization.

-Effectively promote process best practices Education Experience : - Bachelors / Masters in Science or Technology - Open Group (preferable) - Lean Foundation (preferable) - Consultancy skills (added advantage)
