Job Title : Technical Architect Payroll : Permanent Work Location : Bommanahalli, Bangalore Job Description : - Required adequate technical architecture implementation experience on ServiceNow and Scripting knowledge. Having good Analytical skills knowledge on Business Intelligence Deep ITSM implementation experience Configuring Emails and events to trigger notifications as required.
-Report creation for generating reports and visualizing it on Dashboards Adhering to the coding standards to achieve optimized performance.
-Worked on Notification process Worked on Catalog Items/Record Producers in Service Request Management Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces and any other customization required to support ITIL processes. Following module knowledge is must : - ITSM (Incident, Problem, Request, Change, SLA Management.) - Reporting - Configuration Management. (cmdb, discovery, scm integration) - PPM: Project management - Test Suite: Test Management - GRC: Global Risk and compliance - Assessments: Surveys(legacy) - End User Portal: Service Catalogue - Vulnerability Management - knowledge management - Platform: email notifications, version management, notify, performance Management, LDAP Integration, SSO Integration, group and user role administration, license management.
-Version Management/Upgrades in ITSD-SM-OE Scope - BAU support by future partner
