Job Description : - Establishes the coordination of basic and moderately complex project activities and ensures the quality, timeliness, and integrity of ongoing projects and schedules.
-Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and work hours.
-Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks.
-Coordinates and leads assigned project activities ensuring that assignments are completed.
-May organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings, including the creation of agendas and preparation of materials.
-Prepares and/or edits meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
-Tracks project changes and produces updated schedules as required.
-Monitors project deliverables and timelines, notifies management when issues arise, and take corrective actions, as needed.
-Undertaking project tasks as required.
-Developing project strategies.
-Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
-Responsible for communication with outside contractors and/or vendors and consultants as required by the project.
-Performs other related duties. JOB SPECIFICATION : - Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Experience using computers and relevant Project Management Software - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
-Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
-Ability to work in tight deadlines.
-Should have high level of ownership. Job Type : Full-time
