We are hiring Technical Project Manager for a leading global provider of software solutions for the insurance industry. Requirements : - Great team player, with an excellent interpersonal skill who is passionate about technology, have a strong track record with leading successful B2C implementation projects - mandatory - B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent - 6 years of experience in leading software projects which contained development and delivery to customers.
-More than 7 years of hands-on experience with software development - mandatory - Experience and passion for modern web development technologies, methodologies, and techniques - React 16 / Angular (4,5,6), Redux / Mobx, Node.js, Webpack / Parcel, Jest / Jasmine / Mocha, CSS Modules / Styled Components, etc.
-mandatory - Knowledge in modern architectural methods and patterns such as Microservice Architecture, Cloud Computing and Containers (Kubernetes, Docker) - big advantage - Public cloud experience (Amazon, Azure, Google) - big advantage - Previous SW architecture experience - big advantage - 3 years background in the insurance industry - mandatory.
-A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has ability to manage and prioritize concurrent work assignments - Experience leading teams providing coaching, mentoring and training to customers - Strong knowledge, understanding and experience working with Agile methodology - Strong business orientation, experience in direct interaction with customers - Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
-Motivated to succeed with a can-do approach.
-Agile / SCRUM Certification is a plus - Good written and spoken communication skills - Fluent English, excellent communication skills - Open and willing to travel when needed
