Overall 10-12 years of experience as a game Designer / Behavioral Design / game designer in the digital space 1. Should be creative and self-motivated game designer who understands the behavior design. 2. Conduct Need Analysis on the user behavior and design gamification rules 3. Use game thinking and game mechanics to the learner behavior that is attached to performance 4. Create experience that drive engagement and push behavior for both businesses and developers. 5. Create wireframes and communicate the design to the visual designers 6. Design games / gamification rules that changes actual human behavior 7. Create game design in line with Gamification Design Framework 8. Write user stories for developers and drive engagement through gamification Skills and Expertise : - A degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing or related field may be required.
-Overall 10-12 years of experience in gamification design/game design/behavior psychology - Strong problem-solving skills - Solid attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Experience working in any community forum - Excellent verbal communication skills - Excellent writing skills - A certification in gamification design - Background in human motivation and behavior - Experience in design, psychology, and data science will be beneficial - Experience with mobile games - Should have exposure to gamification tool
