What youll do : - Serve as product owner for a scrum team focused on delivering value to our company-wide service team through collaboration with business and product partners, and software developers - Assimilate user needs from a variety of sources, and develop product roadmap for meeting those needs based on the ROI, and business value generated - Implement a lean approach to product development where you and the team strive for early validated learnings that leads to shorter cycle times for delivering client value - Monitor the competitive, and technological landscape and its implications for the product - Contribute to continually improving our product development processes - Analyze business requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how their applications can best functionally fulfill those needs - Facilitate the production of key documents including business requirements, master story list, detailed user stories, sprint planning and design documents - Perform critical analysis on information consolidated from multiple sources, identify and resolve conflicts, and break down high-level information into detailed workable requirements - Define and drive use cases, product features/requirements, roadmaps and release plans for product - Define, track, interpret and report on key business metrics and drive activities aligned with field requirement What youll need : - Bachelors Degree required with specialization in Engineering, Analytics, Economics from IIT(s), IISc - Masters Degree desired with specialization in Management, Analytics from IIM(s) or Tier 1 B school - Certified Scrum Product Owner will be preferred - 2.5 years business experience- ideally working as an agile product owner in a B2B focused enterprise technology company - Experience in building highly scalable, secure enterprise products - Capable of in developing creative/non-traditional solutions - Understanding the needs, scenarios, and common deployments in the enterprise - Understanding of IT systems, applications and technologies - Ability to interact with highly technical as well as highly business focused audience - Proven record of working with diverse teams and business partners - Team player; ability to mentor and provide direction to the team - Strong visual design, brand, and user experience instincts - Strong sense of natural curiosity, business acumen, and analytical skills What we offer : In addition to an outstanding work environment with rapid advancement potential, Gartner associates enjoy exceptional compensation and benefits, including : - Competitive base salary - Flexible work environment - A great work culture About Gartner : Gartner, Inc.
