Job Description : Product Manager - Wallet Product Manager to lead the creation, implementation and refinement of key strategic technologies that impact customer experience in Mobile Payment. This role is both technical and business facing, and the successful candidate should be a self- starter, analytical, creative and comfortable writing technical specifications and leading meetings. Responsibilities : - Develop key initiatives into strategies and strategies into results through structured approach, rigorous analysis, and proactive communication - Partner with the business to identify opportunities in current systems and process and create requirements for functional changes to maximize returns on application development efforts - Work with our development team to communicate business requirements in order to allow for efficient and timely development - Proactively and effectively communicate changes to systems and tools to affected groups - Identify and quantify methodology differences and impacts between current and future processes and systems.
-Provide research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving strategic opportunities. Being the end-to-end owner of the product and working with development team to establish technical requirements for overall functionality (based on business requirements) - Create functional specifications and manage the build of the product - Ensure clear communication and coordination across the business, customer support, finance, design and development teams - Help define and influence the long-term product roadmap - Develops and manages project plans and key stake holder engagement strategy on all initiatives - Brings form and structure to ambiguous situations.
-Develops in-depth knowledge of industry trends to introduce continual process, tool and methodology improvements.
-Develops platform capabilities that will deliver value to target segments and drive merchant engagement for the Payment System - Collaborating closely with regional teams and other related product managers, technical architects, engineers and other cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure that the product solution delivers against business objectives - Creating use cases and detailed product requirements documents to articulate desired product features and functionality to technical, user experience & design, and other cross-functional teams and develop Product operational specs for all key company products, with conflict resolution as required.
-Coordinate/manage key deliverables/milestones across clients, with clear delivery dates, accountability/identified owners, dependencies, performance against target delivery dates - using standard project management tool(s).
-Collaborating cross-organizationally with sales, marketing, customer support, operations, legal, compliance, risk management, engineering, user experience, QA and other functional areas, to ensure alignment with related go-to market activities Qualifications, Experience & Skills : - 4-6-year work experience required in product management, experience working in Ecommerce industry especially in Mobile Payment.
-Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements and convert them into high impact products using an iterative & agile software development methodology like Scrum.
-Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
-Work experience in Development / Product / Solution management or related Consulting experience - Proven experience communicating with and achieving consistently good results in a development environment where teams are distributed globally.
-Strong cross group collaboration and communication skills - Execution and results focused, with emphasis on on-time delivery, ability to structure complex work streams and work independently and with teams
